This month has seen the reinforced concrete frame almost completed now and the “liquid asphalt” patented roof covering being applied to waterproof the roof areas. The large curtain walling glazing has started to work its way around the ground floor offices and with the windows 80% fitted to Core One on floors 1 – 3 and 50% fitted to Core Two floors 1 – 3 which means those floors are becoming watertight for the internal fitting out works to begin.
· Core One Apartments – target completion is end April 2018.
· Core Two Apartments – target completion is mid- April 2018.
