Phase 1
Construction is complete with all outstanding snagging works to this block completed. All apartments are now signed off and ready for occupation.
Phase 2
Block 78 now approaching completion externally with the final cladding elements being installed during the month. The scaffold can now begin to be removed over the coming weeks and the surrounding areas of landscaping can begin to be shaped. Internally this block edges closer to completion with notable movements in the month being the installation of kitchens to all plots, with stone worktops to follow. Block 80 saw the completion of the external brick and blockwork in the month, as well as the roof steelwork. This will now enable to installation of the roof trusses which will then allow works to progress internally. Progress is being driven hard on block 80 to ensure the inclement weather later in the year does not affect progress.
