With the reinforced concrete frame and roof coverings now completed to Cores One and Two the site is now wholly focussed on making the building watertight by the end of September and early October ahead of the wet winter months that may lie ahead. The large curtain walling glazing is already looking splendid to the ground floor offices and the apartment windows have now reached the fourth floor on both Cores and with the internal partitions to the apartments following quickly behind in the floors below. What is interesting is that the external walls are being completed with the inside wall and windows to make the building watertight and then the outer leaf of the external walls is following on with the brickwork and cladding systems that take longer. We have also seen that the cladding systems are fully and properly compliant with the very latest views of the fire officers and are delighted to report that we have green lights all the way on the products selected.

·         Core One Apartments – target completion is end April 2018.

·         Core Two Apartments – target completion is mid- April 2018.
