Internally the building continues to progress well with the plastering now complete to all apartments (except for the Penthouse) and ceramic tiling and the wood floors completed and the kitchen fitters and joiners following on and up to the fifth floor. The ground floor offices units are now almost ready for their fitting out works to commence and we expect to start the courtyard landscaping and the new highways footpaths around the development towards the end of April.

Following the exceptionally cold weather during February and which continued into March the site is trying to recover progress on brickwork and we continue to focus on the progress of the envelope and wait for the scaffolding to start being removed to reveal the external façade of the building as it finishes from the upper floors downwards.

Following this last month our considered opinion is that completion will be on or around the following dates and if they can be improved we shall update accordingly:

·         Core One Apartments – target completion now end June 2018.

·         Core Two Apartments – target completion now end June 2018.
