The windows to Cores One and Two are still almost complete with the external brickwork and cladding still progressing through to the first floor but a little slower than we anticipated. However, with the building envelope watertight and in the dry environment the internal first fix finishing trades still continue to progress well.
The underfloor heating set in the floor screed is complete through to the fifth floor and the services installations of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems are progressing also to the fifth floor now and with plastering at fourth floor and the lower floors already receiving their first coat of paint to the walls.
In Core Two we now have ceramic tiling commenced and the wood flooring going down in levels one and two with Core One expected to follow closely behind.
· Core One Apartments – target completion is end April 2018.
· Core Two Apartments – target completion is mid- April 2018.
