The Development remains on programme with the windows to Cores One and Two now 90% installed to the fifth floor and with the external brickwork and cladding starting to follow them up the building and having commenced to the ground floor of all areas. As mentioned last month the brickwork and cladding is not time critical now that the inner skin of the outside walls has been completed and sealed to the windows giving us a dry environment to work within.

The apartment demise walls are complete from first to fourth floors and closely followed by the internal apartment walls and ceilings which are only one floor behind them. The underfloor heating set in the floor screed is also progressing well and with the whole of the first floor already complete and with the teams now moving on to the second floor. The temporary marketing suite and show apartments are really taking shape now and should look splendid when they are properly unveiled.

·         Core One Apartments – target completion is end April 2018.

·         Core Two Apartments – target completion is mid- April 2018.
