The windows to Cores One and Two are now almost complete with only the larger top floor windows being specially manufactured and arranged for a crane delivery and the external brickwork and cladding is progressing well through to the first floor now in most areas. With the building envelope now watertight (almost) and in the dry environment the internal first fix finishing trades continue to progress well.

The apartment demise walls are complete to the fifth floor and the internal apartment walls and ceilings through to the fourth floor with the underfloor heating set in the floor screed through to the second floor.

The temporary marketing suite is complete and being made ready with the displays and the show apartments have been inspected twice now and will look great once they have the protective covers and floor sheeting removed and have their sparkle clean and final inspections during the second week in October. We have had to compromise slightly on the core from the marketing suite to the show flats as workmen will still use this route to the floors above, by compromise we mean that the final floor coverings, fittings and lifts are not being installed now but we hope this will be overlooked whilst it is in this temporary state as it is still a building very much under construction.
