Phase 1
Construction is complete with all outstanding snagging works to this block completed. All apartments are now signed off and ready for occupation.
Phase 2:
Block 78 has seen the scaffold beginning to be taken down and the external works begin, in particular the levels to the main drive down to the basement carpark being formed and completed. the internal decoration has moved on considerably in the month with most apartments now being painted with the exception of the two penthouses which are following a week or so behind. Sanitaryware is installed in all apartments and wall/floor tiling has begun in the first plots. In Block 80 the contractor has begun to first fix internally with much of the timber studwork on the ground and first floors being completed. Meanwhile externally progress continues to be made on the roof structure with the roof truss installation being underway. – Completion continues to be in line with programme at the end of January 2018
