Block 78 had now reached Practical Completion with the contractor and has now seen the first of its new residents move in to their new homes. The surrounding landscaping is now also underway and should be complete in the next few days.
Block 80 has progressed well since the last update, now seeing the ground and first floor having their underfloor heating completed, and the floor screeds laid. Now that 1st fix trades, underfloor heating and the screed is complete on the lower floors, the joiners and plasterers are now beginning enclosing the suspended ceilings and studwork walls in these units in preparation for 2nd fix works and finishing trades. Externally, the windows and French doors to the second floor are due to be delivered to site w/c 30th October, with Roof tiles being delivered to site w/c 13th November. Completion of block 80 is still anticipated to be towards the end of January 2018.
