Block 78 should achieve PC this week with only external works and minor snagging works outstanding. Building control and Premier Guarantee sign off should be received this week enabling notices to be served to those purchasers who have already exchanged contracts.
Block 80 continues to progress well with the internal fit out moving along well. Progress will now begin to ramp up on this block following the completion of block 78. The roof has now been lathe and felted, with the roof tiling following when materials are available. Windows are expected to be installed W/C 4th October, along with the underfloor heating installation throughout all the plots. Completion of block 80 is still anticipated to be January 2018.
